People would have made off with it for a souvenir.

I was thinking mousetrap when I saw that second one, but if that's what it is, I can't imagine how it works.

The wooden soles make a very interesting shot. I love the lines and texture and the way they are all stacked so nice and tightly against each other.

That last shot is perfect for this theme! I can't imagine who would put together this picturesque ensemble, but I love it! It's my favorite of this set.

Wonderful shots, all four.Debby Van Enkenvoorthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15522798556704513123noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2082974447292930490.post-72797295958135787322014-12-03T20:11:02.744+00:002014-12-03T20:11:02.744+00:00some very interesting shots showing what can be do...some very interesting shots showing what can be done with wood. Beautiful old wheel, black and white really does it justice. The object in your second photo is perhaps a trap? Love the pattern of the wooden soles, nicely done. And the old chest is lovely with green and red accents here and there. benni https://www.blogger.com/profile/09942386013237815777noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2082974447292930490.post-89969414101398582602014-12-01T11:57:03.814+00:002014-12-01T11:57:03.814+00:00An old rickity wheel

The first photo is interesting.......I am trying to decide if it is the remains of a paddle-wheel boat, or the remains of a water-mill. I am baffled by the object in the second photo, I really don't know what it is. I love the textures of the third photo, of all the shoe-inserts. The final shot made me smile, it's like a wood-collector's chest!!MitchyLRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11423634734890422795noreply@blogger.com
