Cardiff is the administrative city of Wales (I hesitate to use the word 'capital', as Wales is not an independent country, rather it's a part of the UK). Behind the ship are four of the most famous buildings in Cardiff Bay. on the far-right is the 'Senedd' (the Welsh Government Assembly building). The brick building next to it is Bute Hall. The shining bronzed building behind it is the Wales Millenium Centre, and the silver dome is the semi-permanent residence of the 'No Fit State' circus. ...Nice shots, Mitch. That first boat looks so tiny!
Beautiful shot of the shoreline. SO rocky!
The shot of the sailing boat is interesting. That building back behind the brick building made me think of Noah's Ark. What is that dome like silver thingy? Is it just a canopy of some sort?
Great shot of the lobster pots, too!Debby Van Enkenvoorthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15522798556704513123noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2082974447292930490.post-62983018979515098282014-10-20T18:00:47.166+01:002014-10-20T18:00:47.166+01:00Thanks Belita :-))Thanks Belita :-))MitchyLRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11423634734890422795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2082974447292930490.post-86812534047332814652014-10-20T18:00:26.826+01:002014-10-20T18:00:26.826+01:00Thanks Pat :-))Thanks Pat :-))MitchyLRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11423634734890422795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2082974447292930490.post-32750113471167849552014-10-20T17:59:56.766+01:002014-10-20T17:59:56.766+01:00Thanks Benni :-))Thanks Benni :-))MitchyLRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11423634734890422795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2082974447292930490.post-33676491526024942312014-10-20T17:59:38.114+01:002014-10-20T17:59:38.114+01:00Thanks Baz :-))Thanks Baz :-))MitchyLRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11423634734890422795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2082974447292930490.post-64087037865652465112014-10-20T17:59:19.098+01:002014-10-20T17:59:19.098+01:00I thought you may enjoy the sailing-ship :-))I thought you may enjoy the sailing-ship :-))MitchyLRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11423634734890422795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2082974447292930490.post-43901795260814532822014-10-19T22:36:47.603+01:002014-10-19T22:36:47.603+01:00Excellent selection of photos for Anders's the...Excellent selection of photos for Anders's theme.
