Hi all, thanks to Heidi for a great theme and congrats to Debby on a stunning capture for this weeks header.
Its been a great week, Mitch came to visit we had a great time. One day we took Mum out to Upton House to see the autumn colours in the gardens.
So I have used some of the shots from the trip for this weeks theme ;)
The walled garden, Upton House, Dorset, England.

ReplyDeleteThank you Heidi
ReplyDeleteHi Baz!! I really enjoyed my visit, it was fun. I was surprised just how many flowers were still in bloom at Upton House. I did consider using some of my shots from this trip, but you beat me to it!! LOL. They are all beautiful, but I think the Sea-Holly shot is the one that really gives a sense of autumn.
ReplyDeleteHi, Baz, these are truly lovely pictures. I love the richness of color in the first two. The spiky brown seed pods have amazing texture (sea-holly?), and the rose hips are beautiful. I have made tea from them and I know some people make jelly. First picture is my favorite for the richness of color.
ReplyDeleteSome beautiful photos. Thex really capture the beauty of the changing season. Our Autumn is very similar in Switzerland at the moment.
ReplyDeleteAll very nice, Baz. I especially like the first one of the bee on the cone flower.
