Picture This #281 ~ Letters And/Or Numbers

Absolutely love the banner picture by Heidi, great work. What a marvelous view you have captured!!

I also love this theme and have found some old and some new pictures for it.

    Hi Benni! Good to read you like the theme of my choice... Love your four wonderful shots... That's really cold... interesting ice shapes covering the door number (?)... Very eye-catching neon sign and certainly a good place to have a nice meal... puzzling numbers and letters in that piece of beach glass... Don't you think it could have belonged to a glass barrel? ... kites have always fascinated me although I have never tried to fly one... they are a source of entertainment for kids and adults around the world...

      Thank you, Belita! I hope to never see ice like that again. About the glass, it could have been a barrel, that is a good tip, I was thinking something smaller. Thank you for your kind words.

    Hi Benni !! A wonderfully varied selection for Belita's theme. Really good first shot, I dread to think how cold it was that day!! The icicle on the right has a really interesting formation. Great shot of the neon sign. Makes me feel like calling in for a cold beer. Really interesting piece of glass....there seems to be a date of 1641 on it. Perhaps it is from a shipwreck. Cool kite in the last shot.

    What a great one with the frozen numbers very good.Captain Eddies looks very colourful, good shot. The beach glass is probably an ancient fragment from a beer bottle. Good kite photo.
