Picture This #388 ~ Impressive Buildings

Hello Mitch and Everyone!!
It's been a very long time since I participated in this blog. I entered three buildings that I consider impressive. Two of them are in the States and the other one was on a wonderful excursion through Ireland and Britain.
Mission San Xavier del Bac, Tucson, AZ.

Hershey Store, Times Square, NYC.
Yes, Mitch, I was in Wales for one night.
Cardiff Castle, Wales.

  1. Hi Robert, glad to see you this week. Your pictures are a nice variety of structures. I love southwestern architecture and the Mission is a beautiful example of it. Then something totally different in NYC, with many colors and lots of movement. And finally, that is a fantastic capture of Cardiff Castle, with the grey brooding stone and the cloudy sky. Hope to see you again soon.

  2. Thank you, Benni. I loved the architecture of the Mission. Visited twice in two different visits in Arizona. Cardiff Castle is built on a hill with steep stairs to ascend and descend. The Marquess of Butte has his own castle next to it.

  4. Hi Robert!! So good to see you taking part again after so long!! I hope we will see you more regularly from now on!! Three fabulous shots for the theme. The Mission in the first shot is beautiful. Certainly a place i would love to photograph myself. The NY street scene is familiar, having stood on that very spot myself a few years ago. Of course I recognised the third building immediately, it being familiar to anyone who lives in Wales. I live about 100 miles west of Cardiff, on the coast of Pembrokeshire.
