I have never ever see a blue striped bee, what a wonderful shot. The shots of India are so good, the street sellers and the interesting vegetables. I just love these pictures.
Hi Nik !! Great to see you taking part this week, with a great selection of shots. I always love your Indian street or markets scenes, so photo s one and four I particularly like. Those blue-striped bees are fascinating, so different to the yellow/black ones here. Hmmmm.....it says on the shampoo bottle "damage-free hair". If you got your hair drunk and it fell over....it might well cause some damage!!! LOL. The last shot is also interesting. I've never seen a sewing-machine production line outdoors. Can you tell us more about it?
The last shot is of roadside tailors. Folks bring in damaged, torn clothes and these guys will try to fix it up at a reasonable cost. Some of these guys will even stitch up shirts and pants if you bring the cloth and let them take measurement.
Hi Nik, so glad you are with us this week. Interesting roadside food stand. Your blue bee on the yellow flower is outstanding!! Beer shampoo? Great find. Where was it, may I ask? Your picture of the vegetable sellers is wonderful, it gives me the feeling of being there and is beautiful also. Beautiful too is the bottom picture with men sewing and the colorful sari.
Hi Nik! It's nice of you to share with us such a colourful set of photos. I have never been to your country but I am sure I would feel myself lost in an ocean of so many beautiful and attractive things, from spices to beads, silk fabrics, etc. That photo of the beer reminded me of my teen-ager time when I applied beer to straighten my hair. At that time two of my idols, the French singers Françoise Hardy and Sylvie Vartan, had long and straight hair... Thanks for taking part in this week's Challenge. I really appreciated...
Very nice shots - particularly the closeup of the bee

ReplyDeleteI've only seen this bee once long time back. It was a lucky shot for me.
