Congratulations to Heidi for that great banner photo - really spectacular. And thanks for hosting Benni with such a good theme.
Sitting in the car whilst Mr. Swiss was driving off to the shops yesterday I did a random photo just as we were leaving our estate. There was frost on the ground from the night before with temperatures around 0°C and the sun was shining. What could be better. Nothing spectacular, but it captures the theme.
I also have my snow photo, although I has not snowed since beginning November when I took the photo from my back garden.
In the local parking house you get all sorts of lights and whites.
And as it is the Christmas season, let us not forget the mistletoe with its white berries.
Very nice frosty field, Pat, I like it. Your second picture is "wow" to me. The tree and snow and bits of green, all striking. Nice third picture, line and whites and lights, with even a peek out the window. And beautiful close-up of the mistletoe; the berries seem almost translucent.
ReplyDeleteHi Pat !! Wonderful shots for Benni's theme!! Nice frosty morning in the first shot, have been seeing a lot of that here this past week although it was warmer and frost-free today. Beautiful second shot......it looks like your garden is in a snow-globe!! I like all the lines and textures of the third shot. Lovely mistletoe berries in your final shot.
ReplyDeleteHi Patlove all your shots love the mistletoe the trees and the frost great shots and the garage great examples

Cool and modern
Indeed mistletoe at Christmas cannot be missed
Hi Pat! Nice to see the sun shining on the frosty field... awesome shot of the snow scenery..snow is always magical at my eyes... very neat local parking showing different materials, different shades of white... mistletoe with white berries can't be found on sale here in Lisbon, so it's my favourite...
