Taken one calm evening at the northern end of our village. The reef was infamous as the place where shipwreckers lured ships onto the rocks.
Taken further north on the same stretch of beach one summer's evening.
Taken at a visit to Halland's Weather Isle which lies off the northwest peninsula of Scania.
oh a most wonderful theme Anders

Thanks Heidi.
ReplyDeleteHi Anders!! Three great shots for Baz's theme. I can see that the ocean is an important part of your local landscape, just like it is where I live. The first two shots, of your local coastline, are beautifully tranquil, I particularly like the first one. The shot of Weather Isle has a lovely summer look to it.
ReplyDeleteHi Anders thanks for contributing three lovely water landscapes my favourites;)
ReplyDeleteFantastic shots, Anders. Love the wide sweeping vista of the last shot.
ReplyDeleteI always think of the Wallender novels when I see such photos of Sweden. Three lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Baz, Debby & Pat. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely pictures. The first one is so beautiful and has that air of mystery with the story of ship wreckers. The second has lovely cool tones in its blues and blacks, and the third reminds me so much of the shore of Lake Superior in Canada. You do very well capturing the many moods of the sea.
ReplyDeleteThanks Benni. :)
ReplyDeleteSo peaceful...all three of them.
ReplyDeleteVery nice views. Anders :)
One of the best trio seen from you, Anders! They are really beautiful...
ReplyDeleteThanks Sophie & Belita.
ReplyDeleteThree great seascapes, the last one is my favorite, but all are very inviting!
ReplyDeleteThanks Danette.
