Congratulations, Anders! I am pleased to see again such an awesome shot.

While waiting for my mate hitting his golf ball, I took a shot at a distance from me (Algarve, in the south of Portugal)

  1. People certainly are your fortè, Belita, and you never fail. That first picture is stunning, so simple and so expressive. I love the golf course and especially the trekkers on the hill crest. Love how the first one is pointing. Magnificent.

    1. I admit I love photographing people, particularly when they do not notice the camera. The lady is one of my friends, not Portuguese but Swiss, who came to Lisbon last year. Hardly could she believe when she realized I had captured her without asking her to pose. Thanks, Benni, for your comment....

  2. Hi Belita!! Great shots you've posted for Pat's theme. I agree with Benni that your people-shots are always very good. That first shot is an excellent 'candid'. Nice shot across the golf-course, and a really good one of the trekkers. The one at the back should get a move on, or will be left behind!! LOL.

  3. "When will he come home?"

If that is the green over there - it looks like a real LONG shot.

And that must be one of the bunkers.

  4. I like you take on the theme with the first shot very much. the golf course view is perfect, not every golf course next to the sea. the trekkers is a good shot, love the "dryness" shown in the photo.

  6. Creative thinking on the first shot! I love how you carry your camera to the golf course with you. You have shown us some great shots that way. I love the view, especially the old building. The thirds shot makes me think it is hot? Great contrast of the people and rocks
