Many thank to Pat for hosting this week's challenge. She has chosen a good theme, which should see plenty of variety, and some great landscapes.
Here are my fields:
1) Field of buttercups, near Dinefwr Castle, Wales.
2) Looking down on frozen fields in January, seen from Carreg Cennen Castle.
3) Summer field seen through the wire.
4) Contented cattle in a field.
Hi Mitch four wonderful images, but the view from the castle in winter really caught my eye an awesome capture my friend ;)

DeleteThanks for showing Toby's photo as the banner, his little doggy life will be famous. I must send the link to my friend in england.
ReplyDeleteLove your photos. Thos cattle are really something special with their horns. An exellent view of the frozen fields and a great glimpse through the fencing. I love the first photo, a great example of nature at its best.
Thanks Pat :-)) Yes, the buttercup field really is beautiful. A perfect example that "weeds" can be just as lovely as cultivated plants.

"This is the life, aint it, fellas."

DeleteThe yellow in your first shot is wonderful. Like the people in the field. The cows make for a spectacular shot. Nice pictures, all 4.

ReplyDeleteMitch do they use the buttercups for anything ?
Thanks Heidi :-)) No, I don't think they use the buttercups for anything, they are just left to grow wild.
