Congrats to Baz for a wonderful banner shot. And a great theme, thanks, Mitch. Here are mine:

I had some really lovely mushrooms in my lawn yesterday or the day before, then my husband mowed them all down. So this pair will have to do.

    Hi Benni !! Wonderful shots for this week's theme. The shot of the two Ibis in flight is fantastic!! Cool mushrooms. Juicy looking oranges, no doubt that was taken in Florida :-))

      Yes, thank you, Mitch, the oranges were in my backyard in Florida, so lovely to have fresh juice in the morning from my own tree.

    Hi Benni, I love your photo of the birds in flight. I have mushrooms growing on my lawn too. Good that you photographed them before they were mowed. Those oranges seem ready to be plucked from the tree.

    Unusual mushrooms, great action photo of the ducks in flight and organges are always something special on the tree for us Europeans. Great shots.

      Thanks, Pat. Perhaps there are oranges in Sicily and Portugal. Maybe even southern France?

    Benni, I love all your pairs, from the graceful ibis birds to the oranges that are certainly juicy. However, the mushrooms shot is my favourite.... they look as if they were made out of crystal glass.... beautiful!!!!

      Thank you so much. The mushrooms were just popping up yesterday morning. In a day they grew to about 10 cm and the tops parasoled out.

    Very nice shots, Benni! I love the Ibis in flight. So hard, if not impossible for me to catch a bird in motion.

    The mushroom is my favorite. So lovely!

    How nice to have fresh oranges on hand! Great shot!

      Thanks, Debby, Birds in Florida just seem to fly slower. I ate the oranges, passed on the mushrooms.
