Wow, as I was waking up this morning and thinking about my day, I suddenly realized it was my turn to do the Picture This theme. So this is being put up very fast. Apologies. The theme is birds, or pictures of birds, or sculptures. You could even put up an airplane as they are often referred to as birds. Here are mine, will come by and comment on yours on FB as usual.
Wild turkey. This one is protected and will not be someone's Thanksgiving meal.
Pelicans on the dock.
Old-fashioned fancy sugar cubes, painted with birds. For fancy parties in the mid-20th century.

Hi Benni !! Many thanks for hosting, and a great theme. The turkey looks rather relived that he's not going to be anyone's Thanksgiving dinner!! The only Wild Turkey that should be consumed comes out of a bottle!!! LOL. Wonderful shot of the Pelicans. Looks like they are having an afternoon siesta following a fish lunch. Wow, those hand-painted sugar-cubes are beautiful. Too nice to put in tea or coffee!!
