Hi Belita!! Three wonderful and diverse shots from you. Love the freshness of those green beans. Yumm!! Those ladies' hair colour is rather bold!! Did they dye their hair, or are they wigs? Excellent shot of the ladies in period costume. Very good play on the phrase 'out with the old'!!
Oh yes, those green beans were really fresh... I've no idea whether those were wigs or their natural hair. I saw them when I went to an opera performance in Kraków. Thanks for your kind comment, Mitch!
Thanks for participating, your photos are great as always. How tasty those beans look, I love the green against the red. I cannot see the middle photo, not sure why. But those two ladies at the bottom have such imaginative costumes and you caught them looking so animated. It's like one stepped back in time.
It's always a pleasure to participate, Benni... I love green beans and I often have them. Hope you can see now the second photo. I had not noticed anything irregular but I have just now reposted it and I hope it's visible to whoever visits this page.
Lovely green beans, after cooking tossed in butter, chopped echalottes and garlic - perfect. A very good capture with the shiny new hair colour and the two ladies look very original.

ReplyDeleteI always have them just steamed and once they are cooked I add olive oil and vinegar. Thanks for the visit and comment.
DeleteCan't see the second photo.
ReplyDeleteRed and green plus fresh beans, make a perfect vege dish!
What a unusual captures of such lovely ladies (back in time).
Sorry, Marcel, but I didn't know the second photo was not visible. It's good to go back in time even if it's for a few minutes....
DeleteHow odd. Of the four people to comment so far, two can see the middle photo, the other two cannot.
ReplyDeleteMitch, I can't understand the reason for the invisibility. I deleted it as soon as I read your notice and reposted it. Hope it's now ok.
DeleteTerrific bean shot and wonderful one of the two fair ladies. Sorry but I cant see the mid one.
