Congratulations, Joanne!
I love the new header. It's really a very nice shot.
One of the rooms you can see when you visit the Palace that was the residence of the Portuguese Royal Family that ruled the Country up to 1910
A ladies' room at a pastry shop in Lisbon
Hi Belita!! You've chosen three beautiful photos for Anders' theme!! The first one is just as you would expect to see in a royal palace......opulence on a grand scale!! The second shot is my favourite. There is something I really like about the empty space and the light falling through the window. The third shot made me smile....I did not know ladies rooms could be so decorated!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mitch! That ladies' room is very exceptional. I have never seen any other like that. I'm a regular customer of the pastry-shop as it's within walking distance from my apartment. It sells custard tarts that are very popular among tourists.
DeleteWow that is magnificent room
ReplyDeleteLove the exqusite blue and white wallpaper
Truly sweet and petite.
Many thanks, Anders!
DeleteYou're most welcome, Belita.
DeleteThree wonderful and unique rooms, Belita. The top one is so brilliant with reds and golds. My favorite is the middle one. I love how the light comes through onto the floor. I also love the pink stylish ladies' room and how you have captured it. Do I see just a sliver of you in the mirror?
ReplyDeleteThank you, Benni! Your eyes have not kidded you...
DeleteThese are wonderful Belita I like them all very nice work my friend;)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Baz!
ReplyDeleteI love that ladies room, so nicely designed and something completely different. Glad to see that the Portuguese royals had some good stuff to show. Luxury pure. Actually I always liked the style of the houses Portugal, especially the use of clean colours and design.
