Picture This #266 ~ Water

Hi all bAZ in the big chair today, this will be short and sweet as Marci and I both picked up a virus when  she was visiting and I am not feeling great LOL. 
So, Mitch asked me to pick a theme for this week and I have chosen "Water" as that theme.
Here are my choices for this week, have a great weekend ;)

    Hi Baz!! Many thanks for hosting this week. Sorry to hear both yourself and Marci are not well. Hope you both feel better soon!! Nice theme this week, everyone should have something for this!!

    Great shot of the weir, lots of movement. Love that second shot, it's one of my faves of yours. The B&W of the third shot gives it a kind of 'icy' feel, almost like the water is frozen. Beautiful waterfall in the final shot.

    Thanks Mitch, its always a please to host PT, Marci was feeling a bit better when I spoke to her last night but she contracted the virus before me, so I am still not feeling great. Your right about the water at lake Itasca Mitch it had a thin film of ice on it and was also moving which gave the effect in the shot ;)

    Hi Baz, hope you are getting over your bug. Wonderful theme and great pictures. The weir is very interesting to me, especially the splash-ups the water makes. Magical sunset and beautiful picture of the headwaters of the mighty Mississippi. Love the mossy, lacy feel of the Virginia falls.

    Beautiful damn and waterfall

    Utterly lovely diamondwhite sun and topaz sky and golden ripples in the combers caressing the beach.

    Cold and beautiful
