Such a wonderful challenge.  I had a ball finding pictures to fit the theme.

    Interesting composition in the first one, great perspective for the second, the last one has a calm and serene atmosphere.

    Love all the three, without exception, Benni! The first for its minimalism that could be the begining or the end of a tale, the light in the second against the blue sky makes those tree branches really different from what I'm used to see and the third has a wonderful tranquility...

    Thank you all, I am honored. The last picture is close to a little set of cabins we used to stay in that, sadly, is no longer there. The sun on the rocks make it indeed a serene and warm place to stay and read or just contemplate. The middle is my front yard where ice storms are all too common.

    Benni, I like the images you chose for this theme. You captured the iced trees well. The first image tells a story with the gull perched above the bait and tackle shop. Nice shot of the rocks in the cove.

    I love the 2nd shot, too! I have one just like this from the woods/backyard of my Georgia home.

    The last one is just wonderful! I love the yellow wildflowers in the foreground. Beautiful composition!
