Wow, Sophie, I see all of them were taken here, in Lisbon... who said you don't take good candid photos???? You are very modest, indeed!!! Just in case you don't know what is read in the bottom photo... ''Who hasn't ever seen Lisbon, doesn't know what beauty means".
Hi Sophie!! I really like your entries for this theme. The first two shots are excellent 'people candids'. You captured a great look of concentration on the face of the man reading the newspaper!! Nice street-art in the final shot, and thanks to Belita for the translation, too!!
Just brilliant! You seem to have picked up on Belita's talent for capturing people in your own unique way. I love the middle one; the movement of the man's hand just makes the shot.
Aha ! Sophie has been spending some time with our darling Belita and it shows. Wonderful captures all 3. The man in blue, looks very worried , wonder what the news section was about.
``QUEM NÃO VIU LISBOA NÃO CONHECE BELLEZA'' ''Who did not see lisbon don't know beauty''. that what the slogan say. Sophie............ ''what you did for Lisbon is more than what the oficial turist bureau does'' . Thanks to show us the true life and people of all places you've visited and share with us your experience and joy. Its true, i fell in love with lisbon the first time i visited i didn't feel myself as a visitor but as in my home, and with its nice people. also other small cities, permit me send a big hug for the people of SINES and PORTO COVO.
Great choice for blue hues! The first one looks so serious but the last two made me smile!
ReplyDeleteI had fun posting this theme, it brought back memories in Lisbon with Belita. Danette
DeleteThe man in the first shot, he shouted at me when he realized that I had taken pics of him. :DD
