Hi al,l I am so glad that everybody had so much fun with the theme I chose last week, thanks for all your amazing contributions. Mitch has chose "Classical" as this weeks theme. While Marci was here visiting me we took a trip to "Classical Oxford" so I selected my shots from that trip.
First a classical building connecting bridge
Second Classical cast iron and glass roof of the Museum of Natural History, Oxford
Finally the outer hall of the classical Bodlian Library Oxford
Hi Baz!! Three awesome shots for the theme!! Out of the two 'classical' university cities, I've only visited Cambridge. Would dearly love to visit Oxford one of these days. Love the 'bridge between two buildings', I remember that from Morse episodes. The iron and glass ceiling of the Natural History museum is fantastic, and the Bodlian Library entrance is pure classical architecture.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mitch I hope you don't get the snow today mate;)
