Thanks for the great theme, Mitch! My challenge was finding some face photos, and I wound up choosing these.
The first: A squirrel at the Grand Canyon enjoying a snack:
My second - one of the lion sculptures surrounding the fountain at the London Bridge, Lake Havasu, Arizona:
And my last, my granddaughter Arianna having a ball with a piece of her first birthday cake:
Very good choices. Love the first one of the squirrel. The Lion is a good subject and No. 3 is very cute.
ReplyDeleteHi Honey!! Love your choices for the theme. Cute ground squirrel, I think I have a photo of that one, too. He has a bit of his right ear missing. The lion looks like he's saying something out of the corner of his mouth "Psssst.....". LOL. Arianna has just discovered that cake tastes much better when it's been spread all over your face :-))
ReplyDeleteAll nice but the last one gets the cute award
ReplyDeleteHi Joanne, three lovely photos especially the birthday girl.
ReplyDeleteLove the cute little squirrel, the majestic lion and awfully sweet little baby.
ReplyDeletehi joanne, all three pics are great but the last one is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteLOL Oh these are wonderful Joanne I love all three;)
ReplyDeleteYou have a truly charming granddaughter and how lucky she is to have a photographer as a grandmother. I am fascinated by that lion, I think you have captured his majesty and the interesting texture. All so nice.
ReplyDeletethe last one is priceless!
ReplyDeletethe lion reminds me of some of the statues in Morocco (live there a few years as a child)
cute little squirrel doing his thing :)

ReplyDeleteWonderful faces all 3, Joanne, but I really enjoy your granddaughter enjoying her birthday cake. Sweet in pink.
ReplyDeleteAwww, love that first shot. I love squirrels. I had one as a pet when I was about 6 yrs old.
ReplyDeleteThe lions head is nice, too...but that last shot "takes the cake" !!! love it!
