Hi Benni !! Good to see you back. Three really good shots for the 'green theme' :-)) The Solomon Seal wildflower is really lovely. Cool shot of Mr Turkey lurking in the greenery. Great shot of the pine-needles, a good texture shot.
Love the wildflowers... very pretty...they look like little bells ringing as they praise nature. My first time to see a wild turkey... very cute! Nice green in the last photo. My favourite... the wildlowers!
At least it is not only me. LOL must be the seasons. Love the shots and love the turkey shot. Mine have always come out underexposed. Very nice one here.
Better late than never. Three wonderful photos, but I just love the wild turkey. I have never seen one before. He just melts wonderfully into the background.
Love the vivid green of the first one.
ReplyDeleteWonderful shot of the turkey.
Lovely shot of the pine-needles.
Thank you, Anders! I am glad you like them.

ReplyDeleteBelita, thank you. Your comment about the little bells reminds me of a song we sang as girls.

ReplyDeleteThanks, Randall. That turkey did not wish to be photographed so I was lucky.
DeletePretty shot of the Solomon's Seal. We have that here at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden but I haven't caught it blooming yet.
ReplyDeleteThe wild Turkey shot is fantastic! I've heard them out beside the woods in Jackson,GA but was never fast enough to catch a photo of them.
Lovely shot of the pine needles. The two last shots really make me homesick!
Thanks, Debby. Yup, those turkeys are hard birds to photograph. I am glad the pictures reminded you of home.
Deletewonderful wonderful especially the last so simple but so very effective
ReplyDeleteThanks, Heidi. I enjoyed taking it, just proves the adage that you should always bring your camera along and take pix of everything.
