Opera, particularly AIDA. I'll never forget the performance at Verona when I was studying in Italy.
This is a small cushion I bought at that time as a souvenir
bom dia belita. lovely pics and yes Aida is a fantastic opera I saw it Twice once in Caracalla baths in rome and the other in the greek theatre of Syracuse
Hi Belita!! Three great shots for the theme. The shot of the waves crashing against the cliffs is awesome!! And so very much like the coastal cliffs near to where I live. A nice souvenir of your visit to the opera. Lovely colourful verandah. I could imagine sitting there sipping a cool drink on a warm summer day :-))
I too am an opera fan. Verdi is one of my favourite composers and the cushion is a wonderful memory of Aida. You have such wonderful colours on your buildings. Love the waves against the cliffs.
Your pictures are so striking. I love the sea crashing against the rocks and the green undertones in the deeper water. So nice to have a souvenir of a special moment, and fabulous of the colors of the verandah.
Oh my, Belita. I can literally hear those waves roar and then the huge splash, when they hit. Wonderful capture. Your love of opera I do know of, but for the earth of me, has never been something I could either understand or enjoy, suppose I am just not that way minded, would fall asleep during a ballet, too.
The last one is absolutely eye catching and colourful, I see it replacing Nico's wonderful boats for next weeks banner.
Wow that is impressive¨
