  3. Thanks so very much, Susan, for this unexpected surprise from you.... I really appreciate your kindness to me, otherwise I wouldn't have the chance to see your three awesome shots. Cool hippo... love its colours and its eyes... Awesome close-up of the lamp shade... nice yellow! Images of snowscapes always fascinate me and yours is not an exception. Beautiful!

  4. Wow, Susan, three great shots. I love your little hippo. The yellow light is such a stunner both in how it's made and how you captured it. And new snowfall in the mountains is a wonderful shot, as Belita said, fascinating to wonder about being up there and skiing or trekking. Or just looking at the beauty.

  6. Love the hippo, so cute. The lamp is a very good composition with its curves and colour and a good view of the mountains.

  8. awwwww, I like your little blue hippo in the pink tutu, purple boa and red slippers. She's a looker! ;)

I love the design of the lamp. I think I've seen something like that at IKEA. I wanted to buy several of them to hang in front of our big window.

The snow capped mountains are quite a sight! Something I've never seen in real life. It makes me think of "Heidi"! Nice photos, Sue!

  9. The snow covered mountain shot is awesome. The light cover is great. Starting with the Hippo was a great start to the Happy New years letters.
