Picture This #233 ~ Animal, Vegetable, Mineral

I could not get Flickr to work. No box opened with 'Embed', 'HTML', or 'BBcode'. Sorry Mitch, I followed your instruction to the letter. This is the best I can do I'm afraid.

Minx playing hide and seek. A new game she has chosen. I looked everywhere for her and calling her too. When I opened the garage door properly there she was waiting for me to find her. She started doing this after she is locked in for the night. After a while I went straight to the garage door, now she finds other places to hide. A Minx alright!

  1. Hi Shayna! Flickr can be real frustrating but I am sure someone can help you with it. In the meantime, your pictures are lovely. Kitties can be too smart for our good, can't they? I love the hat in that picture too. The amethyst crystals are so beautiful! Nice picture. And your garden makes me yearn for the snow to go away and for planting season to be here.

  3. Hi Shayna! I have also had some problems with Flickr, recently... Love the cat on the car roof. Beautiful piece of amethyst you show us. Looking at the third photo, I understand how it has kept you busy recently...

  5. Hi Shayna. I don't know why you can't get the codes, so I've copied your shots and uploaded them to the 'Picture This' Flickr account and posted the HTML codes from there.

Three nice shots for the theme. I love the smug look on Minx's face. Beautiful chunk of Amethyst. Your veggie garden is looking well-protected from small raiders!!! :-))

    1. Thank you for doing that Mitch. There are heaps of other people that it won't work for too. I added my complaint to theirs and back another 50 by voting for what they said. I think they get too smart for their own boots, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it', is my motto. There is nowhere to edit your photos there or add text on to the photo anymore either. Bugga because I have the photos of my finished gardens to post and my name isn't on them. Grrr!
There is a lot more of the veggie garden too.

The main thing is I made it for this post. Managed to post on I&W too but had learnt by then to edit in Picasa.

    2. You can justly be proud of yourself, Shayna. You have come a long way and learned so much and you persevere, you don't just give up. Hugs you tight.

  7. Hi Debby, thank you for your comments. Yes she is a little hunny and has me on my toes, at the moment she is trying to get me to go outside. :-)

  8. Princess Mousie gives a royal wave to her pal, Minx.

Love your Amethyst shot, lovely colours, crisp and clear

Wow, your veggie patch is too fantastic. Celery and Spinach standing proud. Must show the man, your netting, looks much neater than what he did for me, after the Mousebird found my tomatoes and helped himself to a few.

I see you also have yours against the wall of house, space saving, I use buckets, so I can move them around, but yours is way neater than mine.

Lovely captures, my friend, well done. Mwah
