  1. Wonderful couples, Nico! I love gypsies! I read The Diddakoi by Rumer Godden when I was a young girl and I've been in love with gypsies ever since! The couple you've captured is a colorful and modernized version of what I would expect...you know, sort of an "Old World" look. I would love to hear the music they are playing and dance in the streets!

Your graduates make a handsome and proud couple. Congratulations to them!

The wedding couple is beautiful. I love the contrast of the wedding dress against the old stones.

  2. Hi Nico!! It's good to see you taking part again!! Three wonderful shots for Debby's theme. Great shot of the gypsies, would love to hear their music. Very good shot of the graduates, are either of them related to you? Beautiful shot of the happy couple in the final photo.

  4. Hi Nico, wonderful pictures. The gypsy woman looks like she is unhappy about something, or unimpressed. Nice picture of the graduates, but my favorite is the wonderful picture of the bride and groom enjoying a moment on their wedding day. Very beautiful.

  5. First there is music - then there is courting - and finally - there is marriage.

  6. Hi Nico! I really like the three shots. Typical pair of gypsies in the first... Her eyes make me think she was feeling suspicious of something.... the English graduates look very serious, perhaps already feeling the burden of their professional duties in the future.... happy couple in the third...
