Congratulations, Debby! What a beautiful banner!!!
Thanks, Baz, for the choice of the red theme. Red is my favourite colour....
Red evening pochette
Red fish serving plate (Portuguese majolica)
Walking after the Red Race
Red carnations offering at feet of Mahatma Gandhi statue (Lisbon)
Hi Belita, wonderful Red from you. I cannot proclaim red as my favorite color though, but bet you look absolutely fab in a red sweater or dress. I prefer grays and blues and white.
ReplyDeleteAs always your entries are so interesting and so very professional, after me being away for so long, nearly embarrassed to put up my humble offerings, but back now now. Have a wonderful weekend. *hugs*
Hi Marianne! Glad to see you back on here.... thanks so very much for your kind comments which made me blush a little but it's natural isn't it? I'm sure you look great in your favourite colours... The colour of your eyes, I think, goes well with those colours.... Have a wonderful sunny weekend...
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful versatile collection of red. Really something individual.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Pat!
DeleteHi Belita!! A wonderful variety of subjects in your shots for this week's theme!! I am not too sure what a 'pochette' is....it looks like a small women's purse? I really like the red fish serving plate. The photo of the ladies all wearing red is interesting. Is it some kind of event? Lovely carnations in the final shot.
ReplyDeleteHi Mitch! Your understanding about what a 'pochette' is very correct. Every year, a Portuguese bank whose logo is red coloured organizes and sponsors a mini-marathon specially for females who always wear those T-shirts.
DeleteStunning contributions as always Belita every one charming in its own way the last one is my favorite ;)
ReplyDeleteMany thanks, Baz!
DeleteGreat contributions, Belita. I love the Red Fish Serving Plate.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Robert!
DeleteHi Belita, I really covet that apple pochette! Would go so nice with some black evening wear I have. And a very nice portrait of the women finishing the race in their red shirts.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Benni!
DeleteI <3 it!
ReplyDeleteThis looks fishy.
They're in the Red!
Beautiful!
Thanks, Anders!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, Belita :)
DeleteWonderful photos, Belita! My favorite one is the flowers at Gandhi's feet.
ReplyDeleteThe pochette is pretty. It would suit the people in NYC (The Big Apple), perfectly.
The fish plate is a lovely, colorful shot.
Red definitely suits you!
Nice shot of the ladies in red!
