Picture This #259 ~ School Subjects

School Subjects is a creative theme. I had to think on what I have that matches subjects. I choose American History, Botany, and Music.

    First, let me congratulate you on your wonderful banner shot. Simply and wonderfully red.

    A beautiful shot of Independence Hall, so important to American history. I love the angles and lines in your photo of St. Joseph's Church, and nice colors as well. My favorite is the picture of the mushrooms! What beauties, and nicely taken with the leaves in the background. They are difficult to capture, being so close to the ground, and you've done a great job.

      Thank you, Benni. The interior of the church was beautiful. The mushrooms were beautiful. I stood over them to take the photo.

    Hi Robert !! Great entries for Anders' theme. Great shot of Independence Hall. Beautiful church interior, showing a fine example of church organ. Excellent shot of the mushrooms, great textures.

    Hi Robert! I like the three subjects of your choice. History is a long way in the past... your photo says it to me... Music is a balm to the soul and to the mind... beautiful atmosphere in the second shot... Intentionally, I chose the bottom shot to put an end to my comment.... love the warm colours and the composition is really nice...

      Thank you, Belita. There were several shots I was thinking of for the subject history. We were there in the church that day. It was Pentecost and the choir and the trumpeteer were there. I loved the colors of the mushrooms.
