ONCE UPON A TIME THERE WAS A MAN TRAVELED FAR AND WIDE ALONE. SEARCHING FOR SOMETHING, BUT HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR. 
THEN ONE DAY MANY YEARS LATER HE FOUND IT IN MICHIGAN AND NEVER TRAVELED FAR ALONE AGAIN. PA140049 copy

  1. Hi Baz!! Wonderful entries for Belita's theme. Love the California coastal shot with the sea-mist in the distance. Beautiful shot of the watermill with the reflection and Fall colours. That gas-station sign must be REALLY old!! LOL. Great final photo. Not long now til you see her again :-))

  5. Lovely pictures and poignant and happy stories. My favorite is on the bottom, but the old (ancient?) gas/petrol station is fascinating. Regular, no less. Wow.

    1. Thanks Benni yes that was from a Road Trip down through Virginia and the Carolinas to Savannah in Georgia I had just crossed the state line in to South Carolina when I came across this long deserted gas station.

I can understand why you can't forget that beautiful meeting of two basic elements of nature.... the second shot is very beautiful to me... it speaks with love! Good old days in the third and the fourth, well, what shall I add??? Pleased to see you surrounded by stunning landscape...
