Lovely banner by Baz. The three ducklings went into town...

Our house - (in the middle of the street, sort of)

A little cottage by the road that we pass on occasion going to a mall nearby.

  1. I like the first two, so typical Scandinavian . The cottage is very intersting and I am sure the way it was built was just as intersting.

  2. Hi Anders! I agree with Pat's words. Very Scandinavian housing style! I saw something similar during my business stay in Finland. From the cottage in the bottom shot, I can get an idea how interesting that open air museum must be...

  3. Wonderful pictures, Anders, I especially like the log cottage on the bottom. It looks very very old, and intriguing. The others are charming and have a Scandinavian air to them.

  4. Hi Anders !!! Three lovely shots for Belita's theme!! You know I lived in Sweden for a while, so the houses in the first two shots look very familiar to me. In fact your house looks so much like the home of a friend of mine in Stenungsund. The cottage in the third shot is very interesting. Was it built using fire-charred wood?

  5. Your house is lovely, Anders! Nice shot! I love the tiny cottage in the second shot! What do the red and blue bands represent? Fire and water?

I really like the rustic cottage in the last shot. The woods tones are amazing!

    1. Thanks Debby. The red/white and blue/yellow bands represent the Danish and Swedish national colours.
